An update to my own question posted a few days ago.... Dewitt advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament but lost to a team from Rochester, Indiana (a perennial high school power in IN)>

Fifty four teams participated in the 7 on 7. They also had a linemens camp next to the 7 on 7 fields.

I know Farwell, St Joe's, and Charlevoix were there. Charlevoix lost to Dewitt in the first round of the tourn. on Saturday. I was there and can tell you that it's the best 7on7 I've ever been too as far as competition. It's amazing how many teams now run the spread offense and run it well.

From what I heard dewitt did very well. I do not know if any other MI teams were there, but I do know dewitt made it to the quater-finals of the tournament. That is not bad considering some of the Midwest's best teams attend this event. I only heard some minor details about the event and I dont know how any players looked.

I understand there was a 7 on 7 at Notre Dame the weekend of June 27-28 with teams from MI, IN, IL and WI. Is this correct? If so, can anybody give us an update on what Michigan HS teams were there (I heard Dewitt was going) and which teams (and players) looked good. Assuming Dewitt was there, I'm particularly interested in how they fared given that they won the Bowling Green 7 on 7 a few weeks back, rather handily.
