Actually no. I never saw that differential....which did not occur until late in the game btw.

Do I need to remove my shoes to get into the stadium? Should I sit on the CC side? Will I be found out and passed up over the top of the stands? Lastly and and most importantly, is the popcorn properly salted?

My call based on very limited knowledge of CL play this year is CC by 8. Just a feeling. Pendy is making way too many appearances on Mlive for CC to be an average CHSL Central team.

How big will the 50/50 be? I need a new suit in A SMALLER SIZE!!!

Wisner. It was Boys' Bowl. I wanna say the score was about 35-7. Poor Dougie Pickens was pressured, hit, and sacked a fair amount that day.

EDIT: I checked and it was 35-7. That made 2 in a row as CC won at Groves the previous year.

Wow,

I was doing a little thinking today ... and I don't think I can really remember the last time I saw CC defeat Brother Rice ... it's been a while .... but I think I was probably there ...

The last one I can remember was at Groves .... and Derek Brooks had a big day. ... I want to say that was 2002... but CC won big in 2003.

Anyone remember the location of the 2003 game?

eh.. well see. I am a very curious observer this year.. other factors have me from being a full fledged member of the fam. (employment, choice of career)

i might sit on the other side (gasp traitor)! just to get a seat because i know rice does not travel well..... and the CC side is loud.

Yup..... It was a little scary @ the monroe game, because it looked like he tweeked his knee on his first carry. He was OK after that and went for a 50-60 yard TD later in the game. He looked fast! Should definitely be ready.

I'm thinking CC will be up in the 4th again .... And we'll see if they have the stamina to play 4 quarters in 2009.

I think CC will be favored, but the game, like many in the old Boys Bowl series, will be a toss-up. Regardless of who wins Saturday, there will likely be a re-match in the Prep Bowl.

I envision a 14-7 game, coming down to the last few minutes and CC scores a late TD on a long, time consuming drive to ice it.
