Let me clarify one thing. I never said Northville would beat LS. I have stated that it is LS and Northville as top teams in the Central. Northville will need to play a great game to win. I have said Northville will beat Novi not just this year but also next year. I have tried to explain to everyone 2.5 weeks ago that this is a solid team. If you want to go by the past that is fine. Alot as changed since Coach Ladick came on. 2008 saying "lead follow or get out of the way" 2009 saying "100% effort 100% of the time". This coach is the real deal. Always takes couple years to get it going and he is moving the needle. Good luck everyone and we will see what shakes out in 3-4 weeks.

Stevenson is Novi's homecoming game. You can be sure that the Wildcats will be jacked, and with Symanski and Engja returning to that defense, I wouldn't be shocked if Novi pulled the upset.

Nobody really gave Novi a chance last year. Look at the result.

Haha Mustangs, apparently you like to poke fun at my name when it was really just a funny nickname my friend used to give me a couple of years ago.

Anyways, Northville/Novi will be closer than i thought but as a Novi fan i do think our defense is looking better and that we could get by Northville.

Unfortunately it looks like LS has improved alot since their first 2 games and i don't believe Novi or Northville will beat them.

Will be fun though to watch Northville/Novi to see who gets 2nd place..good luck!

novi is starting to develop its passing game and young receivers are starting to emerge opposite Hopton. I will be very surprised if Northville beats Novi this year. Northville wont move the ball against Novi.

Playboy, thought you were going to stay doing what you do best "chase girls" not talk football. It was never stated that Northville would beat LS. I get that you are always going to push Novi but you need to really look deep. How was that Salem game???? Oh,forgot you were under the bleachers talking with the girls. Good luck playa!

come on, northville has beat all the weak teams in the league, so they have to feel good. what a joke. they will not compete with stevenson, they might squeak by novi because novi is hurting with the loss of their qb, but no way they get by stevenson.

Why is Northville so cocky this year? In what way have they proven that they are better than Novi or even LS?

Hopefully this week against LS will give Northville fans a reality check and show them that this team isn't THAT good.
