We have a number of the usual suspects back again this year (minus a few usual teams - Davison and Hudsonville come to mind) and a spattering of fresh teams new to playoff football. Made my plans to attend Kenowa Hills and I hope to see my Big Reds continue to find their identity and shut down that dangerous Clark kid on the road. I hope everyone has a safe All Hollows Eve and Halloween. Please drive just a little slower on the side streets - all of our kids are out there!

eaglechamp, you know as well as anyone that Coach Shugars will have a few tricks up his sleeve based on the first meeting. Wouldn't be a surprise to me if Oakridge wins, especially if the weather forecast remains poor. That's true but Coach Snead is no slouch either. The first game was played on turf, so the move to Grand Haven doesn't really have an affect compared to last game. If Oakridge can learn to break down and make open field tackles, they should be fine.

Another thing is Oakridge has played Montague and North Muskegon's spread offenses since Week 1, so they should be ready for any look that MH will throw at them.
