Here's a few local teams that have SOLID sites (photos, stats, records, etc). Some feature video highlights from each game as well, or even link
into live broadcasts via webcasts.

St. Joseph High School. Well done for both St. Joe results and also the Big 16 conference. "The common man revels in HAVING WON. The champion finds his satisfaction in WINNING." - F.H. Yost

TNTDyno wrote:TNT beat me to this one. But Lakeshore's site is not bad either. http://www.lakeshorefb.com/index.htm Searn you may want to try to get a hold of Sjradio on the Mlive west forum he may be interested in moderating a Big 16 forum here on your board. I am 99% sure he is the one responsible for constructing St. Joseph's fine site if I remember right. Novi's site is outstanding, I have checked that one out before. And for those of you that did not know the Searn boards very own Statman has done a fine job creating the Novi site "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."

How can Detroit Catholic Central not have a real web page? Someone with more brains than I have need to get on that one.
It was nice when catholiccentral.net used to post all the stats from each game, team and individual. Where did that go the past couple seasons? Does Salter not do the stats anymore or has he retired from that as well as baseball. I remember Salter used to post each weeks football stats on the wall outside his classroom. Searn, I like the new board setup! I think this is my first post on this version!

As to the Big 16, GHS...I'm trying to do a little bit more with it this year...I usually get slammed during a nice bit of August before the season
starts...
I wouldn't mind helping SJRadio with it...I've talked to him many a time... Bring back my show, "The Arena", to Battle Creek, please!!! Call my boss! |

I wish I had the web building skills a lot of these owners have. It would make it more fun.
The most successful sites are not always the best looking ones. They are the sites that have owners that are passionate about the sport they cover. A lot of well built sites are long closed in the last 5 to 10 years. |
