I just wanted to let you know that I admitted my mea culpa regarding Stevenson and Franklin on the Mlive fourm a coupla weeks ago. I am not sure you saw it and wanted to 'come clean' here.

For those unfarmilar I made the statement that Franklin was not Stevenson's equal and think I even said something dumb to the effect that Franklin was "a poor man's Stevenson" (NOT made in context with demographics).

Well, Franklin sure made that statement look even dumber in week 1 when you beat Stevenson 21-7. Admittedly I was basing much of my uncanny prognosticating 'skill' on what I saw of Stevenson last year and how they handled CC with Austin White at TB. While I cannot confirm what I read on Mlive, the story is that Stevenson's line is not up to par with last year's team.

I can honestly say that I am a casual fan of Franklin having played against them a number of times in my HS years. Even though we came up short against them I don't begrduge a better team (well almost never....heh heh). I actually do carry a bit of an attitude for Stevenson due to interaction I have witnessed with their fan base, so my comments were meant to be objective, if misinformed.

Anyway, sorry to misrepesent your team. Congrats on a good start to the season.
