I would switch Canton to #1, with Grand Blanc a close 2nd. Canton's defense is better than GB. I may also swith Howell to 3 with WLC a close 4th. I'll
let you know on that after Friday.

Canton has not faced an offense like GB! GB might give up 21 or 28 but GB might put up 35 on Canton. Howell shut out Brighton and Brighton played Canton to a
6-0 score. Yet GB score 34 on Howell. Ask Howell about GB's offense. I guess this Fri with WLC will tell us more. GB keeps hearing how good of a defense
WLC has.
1. GB 2. Canton 3. Howell 4. WLC 5. Stevenson |

Canton is the class of the KLAA. First of all comparing games isn't a good way of doing it especially when the field Canton played Brighton on was a mud
bath and no offense would have moved the ball that night and you need to actually see both teams play which I have seen both Canton and Grand Blanc. If
Brighton played Canton again Canton would run them off the field. Also Grand Blanc wouldn't be able to put up 35 points on Canton's D as they are to
good of a defense to allow that many points. Also Canton's offense is a run grinding clock controlling offense and they eat the clock up as they drive down
and score and if Grand Blanc is going to score that many points they better be able to stop Canton's offense and keep them off the field as Grand Blanc
tends to score to quickly and they need to control the clock themselves. I don't see that happening as Canton's offense is too physical for Grand
Blanc. I have seen Grand Blanc play and they do have a great offense but their defense would get eaten up by Canton. I do believe Grand Blanc would score a few
TD's against Canton but Canton's defense would adjust and slow their offense down. This is a game that would be won in the trench's and that
clearly favors Canton. This Canton team is much better than the one that went to Ford Field in 2005.
2. Grand Blanc 3. Howell 4. Westland Glenn 5. WLC 6. Plymouth 7. Livonia Stevenson 8. Northville 9. Novi

I don't think that Novi and Brighton are better than Lakeland and WLN. We'll see friday when Brighton plays WLN at WLN.

Yeah, I've seen both GB and Canton and no way GB beats them. Canton is FAST on D and would eat up the clock and yards on O. The "betting line"
would be Canton -15.
Right now... 1. Canton 2. Grand Blanc 3. WLC 4. Howell 5. Stevenson 6. Lakeland 7. John Glenn 8. WLN 9. Plymouth 10. Brighton |

Let me say this, regarding Canton... I see A LOT of games every year...A bunch of different teams...This year, Canton is the best team I have seen all year..No
offense to the Grand Blanc fan..While they may be undefeated, none of the teams they have played are in the class of canton...Bringing up the Brighton game
without knowing about the downpour and how bad the field was, on top of it being the first game, is using things to try and make your team look better than it
may be...With that said, GB is the second best team in the conference..And that is no shame in saying that in a top 5 league...

There 3 losses are to Grand Blanc, Canton, and Walled Lake Central- all 7-0 teams, now this week they play Howell, a 6-1 team whos only loss is to Grand Blnc
by 1 point. They may miss the playoffs because of this schedule

1. Grand Blanc
2. Canton 3. Howell 4. Stevenson 5. John Glenn 6. Plymouth 7. Walled Lake Central 8. Northville 9. Brighton 10. Franklin (when healthy top 5) Grand Blanc is fast on both sides of the ball. Their secondary can run down alot of break-away runs, (saw it in person) closed a 20-30 yard gap VERY quickly. Plus they are a danger to score from 80 yards plus from multiple positions on offense, not just the backfield a.k.a. Canton. Thats why I give GB the edge. |
