Sophomore Posts: 23 10/17/09 1:47 PM	Tags : None After a huge win against Salem and with a week 1 win over Stevenson, could they possibly have a chance at getting into the playoffs with a win next week @ Hartland. Not too many teams will be getting in at 5-4, but Franklin has been able to do it the last 2 years. What do you think?

All-Area Posts: 491 10/18/09 7:04 AM Helmet Guy	Not sure that will happen this year. While I could be wrong, Just look at all of the other 5-3/4-4 teams who have more playoff points than they do right now.

I expect a battle, but have a hard time seeing Franklin getting much yardage against CC's defense. Your thoughts?

All-Area Posts: 493 10/25/09 11:54 PM Helmet Guy	Wow.... was not following it recently... but when I last looked, there were a ton of teams on top of Franklin. I guess the KLAA schedule must have been relatively tougher than most. Congrats to LF... I'm certainly rooting for them against DCC.

Sophomore Posts: 24 10/26/09 8:07 PM	Most teams know that Franklin has primarily a running offense. CC will be stacking up the defense to stop the run, therefore the Pats will need to mix it up a bit by throwing the ball. Franklin starting QB is out with a shoulder injury, so I'm not sure there will be much passing going on in this game when using the backup QB. They certainly can not afford any turnovers to stay in this game. It will be interesting to see how the game plan will develop under the circumstances.
