All-Area Posts: 418 10/25/09 10:38 AM	Tags : None EAST LANSING, Mich. - Oct. 19 - High school football teams around the state will fire up their high definition television sets on Sunday (October 25) at 7 p.m. (EDT) when Fox Sports Detroit makes the announcement of the qualifiers and pairings for the 2009 Michigan High School Athletic Association Football Playoffs during the Selection Sunday Show, which will originate from FSDetroit's new HD studio in its Southfield headquarters. I can only hope that FSD will broadcast the finals in HD as well. That would be great.

Freshmen Unranked Walkon Posts: 11 10/25/09 1:28 PM	I have not heard how the negotions are going with ford field, maybe i'm blind but i can't seem to find out the locations that the mhsaa is considering for the semi finals.

The semifinal sites are on page 7 of THIS DOCUMENT. On the MHSAA website, go to Sports, then Football. The tricky part is Clicking on Tournament Managers on that page. That will get you to this document (called "2009 Playoff Regulations and Information") and a few others. Maps, Brackets and More: Snooze2You.com
