Searn:
Clarkston loses to Stevenson by 2 points -- on what could be argued as iffy calls in the last minutes -- and you have them 10 spots apart on the week 14 poll? Are there really that many teams -- e.g., D4 Three Rivers, D4 Marshall, D5 JLC, D6 Montague -- that could squeeze into that two-point differential? Would the cited teams tie at 36-36 in pair-offs, thus justifying their in-between status? [Just giving you grief.

somewhere on this forum is an explanation of how his late season rankings work. The FINAL rankings will take that close game into account and the gap will
narrow considerably.

Correct - Rankings during the playoffs account for those teams that are still left durng a given week, as far as the top spots, followed by everyone else (note
the highlighted areas).
Once the playoffs are over, Searn will put together a final Super 32 that encompasses all teams. |

Searn was a Johnny come lately on the DCC bandwagon
Searn, prepseer,Markowski, and McCabe all had Sterling Heights Stevenson #1 to begin the season. Too
bad that no one paid any attention to what my rating was to begin the season.
