Freshmen Unranked Walkon Posts: 1 09/23/08 6:45 PM	Hi all, new to this forum but do post regularly on Mlive. I am a glenn fan and do have involvment with the program so I do have some insight into the situation in Westland. The team has talent coming out of there ears as well as size up front. The issues with their slow start come from inexperience (the have 10 new starters on offense, 5 junior / 2 sophomore) (and 10 new starters on defense, 7 junior and 1 sophomre) They are very young and because of the coaching change so late into the off-season, the staff struggled to implement there system. Glenn may not be where they need to be but a win over Canton is a start. Look for glenn to play very, very tough football from here on out. Will be intreresting to see how everything turns out.!

Freshmen Unranked Walkon Posts: 2 09/30/08 12:11 PM	glenn has a new head coach, new offensive coordinator from wayne as well as a ne rb/db coach and line coach from wayne. they also have coach gordons old right hand man and former assistant coach of the year named mike henry. defensive coordinator is still the same and special teams coordinator is still the same as well. lots of new guys but they do know their stuff from what i can tell so could be a great staff in the future if they all mesh together.
