Tivo is starting to pick up some spring games so I thought that I would get started on here for them.
Both games will be on ESPNU: 4/5 10:30pm Texas 4/11 7:00pm Georgia |

Sorry that a college baseball game ran late tonight for the Texas spring game to be shown late. I can't give up High Stakes Poker at midnight LOL since
Barry Greenstein lost a huge pot to young upstart player (it pays to have picture in picture). Barry was still winning after the huge pot anyways. So now
with hopefully no more conflicts my Texas spring game is scheduled for 4/13 4:30pm on ESPNU. I haven't checked what is shown before it, but it should be
fairly good with no real conflicts.

Alabama is having their spring game on DirecTV on 4/18 at 9:00pm on ESPNU.
I wasn't that impressed with Georgia's spring game. Despite the graphic, I think that Georgia's WRs dropped more than 6 passes by the 4th quarter or it seemed that way to me since basically the Bulldogs secondary sucked. Georgia supposedly had quite a few players (6 or so) out with injury though so there might be room for improvement.

I was out of town for the weekend but I was able to catch a little of their spring game.... I wasn't expecting much out of a spring game so I wasn't
disappointed ... I was just happy to see college football.
They have some talented/young Qbs .... should be interesting. |
