I hate the off season.

100 days to the beginning of camp.

Maybe BO will celebrate his second 100 days by kicking off the high school football season. On second thought, keep him away. We don't want the current administration running high school football. If you think the MHSAA is bad, think about Washington getting involved.

All games would have to end in a tie.

Any team that finished under .500 would get to draft three players from any team that made the playoffs.

Private schools would not be allowed in the playoffs

Schools with their own football field would have to contribute 50% of gate receipts to the closest school without a home football field for the purposes of building one.

All players on a team's roster would have to play in every game and no cuts would be allowed.

All teams would make the playoffs and the teams with the worst records would play each other in the early rounds, so the poorer teams would have a better chance of winning some playoff games.

Division One football scholarships would be awarded by lottery with all players eligible.

Admission charges for games would only be paid by the rich--individuals making over $50,000. (This will correspond to the group of people who will see their Federal Tax Rates rise.)

All football injuries must be treated at the State Clinic, located in the capital city of each state, staffed by Government-supplied doctors.

Historical football won-loss records will be purged. All programs will start on equal footing.

If any school with on-campus housing offers a football player free room and board, they must offer the same benefit to all players on the team.
