Mr NCAA |
Nick Montana has snubbed the Fightin' Irish |

That's right he choose the Washington Huskies over other schools on his list.

Wouldn't really consider it a snub. While the Irish would love to have him they've never been the favorite for whatever reason .... ND actually hard to
work hard to get into his top 3-5. ...
It has sounded from day 1 that Nick wanted to make his own name and not follow in pops footsteps ... And he backed that up with his commitment. Despite his family history with ND .... Nick is actually a USC fan and I think if USC would have offered that would be his 'dream school' |

Well he will get a little piece of USC with "Sark the Shark" at the helm at UW.

I believe OSU was pushing hard for Nick also, and that is one reason Gardner committed early to UM.

Excellent pickup for the Huskies ...
Locker has two years left at UW .... after sitting his freshmen season Montana should at least be in the competition for the starting job. |
