ahh no so fast Darin. While I love the Cardinals and their huge line I gotta say Wyandotte will be the team to beat this year.
Southgate will have a say also with AP battling Melvindale for third place. |

melvindale will be top dog they crushed wyandotte in the 7 on 7 passing league this summer and everyone else that got in their way.they are loaded with skill
guys and speed and returning starting jr qb dj smith is gonna have a big big year he might be the best in the league when its all said and done.wayne pettus is
one of the ellite players in the state the oline will be very big and all but one are seniors.week one they will serve notice when they beat southgate.

Melvindale seems to be the up/down team the past 4 years ....

You are right blotto the oline is very big they weigh about 260 pounds a man across the board we should keep the qb's jersey clean this season and the
passing and running game should put up big numbers.

Yes that was a great game and a huge win for Melvindale.

thats true blotto my friend and to be honest woodhaven and wyandotte are the only two teams that worry me alittle but we should be ok if are oline and dline
play lights out.

This is a two horse race folks.
It will be decided in week 8 over on Eureka Its gonna come down to Melvindale and Wyandotte. Both will be 7-0 coming in. No disrespect to AP but that game won't be close. Especially if the Cards lose to Wyandotte. AP & SG & WH are fighting for third place |

Well blotto my friend melvindale is rolling they have one of the best coaching staffs in the state nobody will out work or out scheme those guys they work hard
daily and yearly to put together a respectable program.Last night game wasn't as close as the finial score indicated carlson scored to fourth quater
td's on are second string.Wanye pettus was awesome he housed a int close to 90 yards and dj smith threw 4 td's but he did get picked off twice himself
for td's melvindale droped to other sure wide open td's and had a late td run called back and they did have alot of penalties that seems to be a big
issue right now.

Yeah they need to address those penalties even though many of them should have been 'no calls' or 'never called'. That crew was sub par.
Thier coaches just need to keep them focused and don't get ahead of themselves. The next four should be real easy. Im sure DJ might even be resting in the second halves and letting Sharp take some snaps. |

mr blotto i like you your knowledge of high school football is spot on and your very correct the team will start resting dj some and the coaches have dealt
with the penalties very swiftly last week they really layed into the guys for the stupid things they have been doing so lets hope it will improve.this week we
will find out alot about wyandotee and ap i think woodhaven and carlson have a good chance of winning but with that said i like wyandotte in a close one they
have very very good coaching with adams and the boys and that will be the difference and ap better bring their a games because carlson was really very good and
a physical team i like carlson.

Well the Cardinals are looking very strong. But the coaches still have some work to do with regard to taking dumb penalties. Provoked or not you have to put
team above self. These kids need to worry more about what best for their team and not whats best for thier 'rep'.
I see they are right on the D3-D4 line. I hope the go 4. If they do the only thing btw them and a title is Marine City. I'm hoping that Linden will be D3. I'm sure DeWitt will be. No one else in D4 even comes close to scaring me .
