I only feel one team on that list could compete with Montague and that would be Nouvel. I know MSMCC has had their way with Montague in the past, and that they
also return a lot. But could they handle/out score Montague's spread offense?

Montague returns a pretty good QB (Kater) and his two favorite targets (Dejong, Root) but they did lose the majority of their offensive line. The defense
returns a solid group of players and should be pretty tough. If the Cats can put together a decent OL, I think they have a good shot to repeat.
MSMCC was young last fall and should be tough again this fall. Nouvel always reloads, even though some seem to think they don't have the players to be a major threat. I'll have to see that to believe it. I'm sure there will be a surprise team or two after the season gets started, but I believe one of these three teams should be the favorite when the season begins. |
