Any word on "Tweeting" Scores |

Did you figure a way out to do this, Searn? I'd be willing to tweet what I hear from the west side

I wish I would have thought of it sooner so I could find another way to display it on here ...
What I would say at this point ... we can get a pretty good group together to report game updates ... and then follow each other in the group so we can keep up with as many games as possible at the same time. For those who don't know ... if you choose to "follow" certain people ... their posts will show up on your "home" page. It might not be on this site ... but I think a twitter group reporting updates could be an alternative. |

Well, that sounds fine to me. I'm pretty new to this Twitter thing. I opened an account and set it up so no one (that i didn't approve) can see my
posts (I haven't posted a thing BTW). So, how would I allow those from Searn see my score posts? Or, is there a Group that I can join (like a Chat room)
where we can all post scores we hear of? I usually get bunches of local Kent County scores during the game and would be happy to post them so those outside of
the area can get updates on the games that might interest them (esp. Searn32 + HM schools).
I'm not asking you to walk me through everything. I can read and learn, but give me an idea of what you're thinking. |

I would say whoever wants to participate should post the link to their twitter site so we can follow ... and go from there.
I would say once there I could ask to "follow" EastGuru and he would then have to decide whether to accept me. |

OK, I'll try it. Twitter Search for EastGuRu and I'll allow whoever requests to follow a blog of the EGR-OLSM game tomorrow night. Whoever is
interested, you'll have to request before tomorrow night's game as I will be using a scaled down version of twitter for my palm centro to post
"tweets". I do not believe I have the ability to do anything other than post and follow other people's post..........I think. Is anyone else
gonna try this?

"post and follow other people's posts" is about as far as I got with Twitter ..
Is there anything else to it? |

don't look at me. I'm a twitter newbie and not interested in letting the world know when I last had a sandwich or took a shower. If it works for giving
game updates then it has some usefulness to me. Otherwise......... We'll see how it goes
